Guaranteed Christmas Delivery Policy
Please note that the 13th December was the final day for guaranteed Christmas delivery.
All orders placed after this cut-off date will be dispatched as quickly as possible; however, we can no longer guarantee delivery before Christmas Day. Delivery times for orders placed after the deadline will depend on courier capacity and seasonal demand, which may be affected during the festive period. We would like to thank all customers who placed their orders in time for guaranteed Christmas delivery. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. FCG Ltd shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. The goods may be sent to you in instalments.

You must notify us of any missing items or incorrectly received items within 14 days and return the item to us within 30 days.
